Erv Nichols & Identity Theft

January 19, 2006

To:
Mr. Erv Nichols, ervnic@earthlink.net …. Phone: (909) 866-3437
Big Bear Discovery Center, www.bigbeardiscoverycenter.com
Program Supervisor for Volunteers
PO Box 66
Fawnskin, CA 92333

And To Whom It May Concern:

Dear Mr. Nichols:

Subject: Please send me a copy of the group picture that was taken by you at the Discovery Center on or about Sunday November 13, 2005. The Volunteer party; remember?

Hidden Motive:
This was the group picture that was taken the same day in which you gave a Power Point presentation about birds at the Discovery Center. This is when Discovery Center Director Denis Thomas attended and he was still very sick from a cold, but still managed to drag himself to your bird presentation. I remember a big hop-to-do was made about Director Thomas being present even though he was still rather sick with cough and nasal congestion. At the time it seemed rather silly for a sick man to attend, and many made jokes about him not coughing in their direction. Most of those attending where volunteers so they weren’t shay about making obvious jesters, like pushing their hands out to suggest Director Thomas stay back. I personally thought it unprofessional for Thomas to attend such an unimportant gathering when he was so sick. As this letter will indicate Director Thomas may have had a hidden motive as to why he thought it necessary to attend this gathering of rich volunteers.

Mr. Nichols, another couple of points that might help stimulate our memories about that picture taking day was the fact Allison, the pretty younger delightful woman about your stature, was also helping with the presentation; along with other upper management personal. All in all it was a rather large turnout that filled the room, 75 maybe?

Trick Photo and taxpayer money for personal gain?
I remember also you had in the Power Point presentation an enormous mosquito on top of a car. This part of the presentation was trying to get volunteers interested to sign up for an out of state (Not free) bird watching tour. That giant mosquito, of about 4 feet tall on top of a car was a funny trick with photo manipulation. Was the bird tour part of the Discovery Center project or was that your personal bird watching tour, funded by you? I ask that question because it seemed rather unusual to go out of state for such a small government run setup like the Discovery Center.
Identity Theft Game:
I remember we played a game that would get us to know each other better. It was an information gathering game in which a person would initial on another persons paper whether or not they could answer yes to the questions on the paper. Many of the volunteers had played the game at other such events and they new a short cut to gathering answers. Those who where familiar with playing the game would just come up to me and ask if I could answer yes to any of the questions and then have me initial the question rather then read all the questions before initialing. The point of the game was to get to know more about each other in a game type atmosphere.

Newspapers: I.D. and drug theft by very prominent white collars:
The Sun and Big Bear Grizzly newspapers have written a lot about identity theft. In fact I think we are about second in the nation in identity theft. The papers say that many people steal identity and then use that money to support their drug habit. In The Sun on Dec. 30th 2005 it says that felony charges are facing Mayoral candidate Michael Ellison-Lewis for identity theft. I also read in the Grizzly on Dec. 7th and 28th of 2005, that the Big Bear Fire Department Chief Rick Rolston, made off with 300, ten milligram vials of morphine from the Fire Department safe and all the Benadryl off the rescue squads. Also our Big Bear County Supervisor Dennis Hansberger pleaded guilty of corruption and was fined $6,000.00 according to the Jan 13, 2006, Sun newspaper. The point being that QUALITY white-collar criminals are here in our small mountain town. So my implying that you Mr. Erv Nichols and Director Thomas are using the Discovery Center for embezzlement should NOT seem out of place, right? Especially after you two collaborated in getting me fired and edited my personal weblog while I was at work on Nov. 29, 2005.

The Plot Thickens:
Mr. Nichols, do you think anyone would argue the fact that Discovery Center Director Thomas, obviously acts like he’s on methamphetamines? In fact Director Thomas, even joked to me that he drinks decaf because his clock is twisted too tight, ha ha I smiled.

San Bernardino is the second highest region in the NATION in Identity theft. (Associated Press, by Greg Rising, in The Sun, 12, 23, 2005)
The Sun 12, 26, 2005 Editorial, Expanded Focus, “DA’s new unit will zero in on identity theft”. Goes on to say, County Supervisors set aside funding so DA Ramos can have a new Identity Theft Prosecution Unit to go after the crooks that steal individuals’ vital information and use it for their own nefarious purposes. You can tell that last sentence came straight out of the paper because I never heard of the word nefarious.

I’m a proven “QUALITY” whistle-blower:
Mr. Nichols, I wonder if the New Big Bear Sheriff Captain Watkins and new Lt. Gwaltney will due the same that the old Captain and Lt. did when I ask for a drug test of the supervisor of the San Monica Big Bear YMCA camp last summer? That meeting was held in the Big Bear Court House? Mr. Hastings, the YMCA supervisor of over 30 years got fired along with his assistant of 20 years.

Mr. Nichols, do you think I should email this letter to others and request an investigation into Discovery Center personal doing embezzlement schemes and unjust firing schemes during working hours? Do you think I should go as far as asking for the drug testing of all personal associated with the Discovery Center; even the well-designed elegant long-limbed chic Executive Supervisor blond who spends most of her time working below the hill in the hunt for money? (That question left me breathless) She is the one who writes grants, has good horse sense, and she’s the one who caught Helain Cross being late for work one morning. And I think she’s hot for me because of my musk, and epistolary style. You know who I’m talking about don’t you? Anyway, now you know why I want a copy of that group picture?

I look forward to your professional response and please excuse my amateur writing style.

Sincerely,
Carl G. Mueller, Nam 68

PS
The Big Bear Lake Discovery Center will be having a Volunteer recruitment day January 19, 2006. There will be free coffee, and possibly free cookies and an identify theft game and of course a group picture. Currently there are about 100 Big Bear Lake Discovery Center volunteers according to Allison’s statements on Big Bear’s TV Channel 6, January 3, 2006. The Grizzly January addition claims even more volunteers are needed thus the recruitment party(s). Need more then a 100 volunteers why? Oh, Oh more identity theft can be extorted, and lets not forget side money extortion opportunity. Remember, you do NOT have to be an elected government personal to be corrupt.

The Game Expands:
Below are 12 groups that are listed in the San Bernardino, National Forest Visitor Guide, page 16. Groups that could be exploited for identity theft using games and pictures.
Bear in mind, volunteers normally have money, at least that’s the way I saw it during my above-mentioned identify theft game. I say volunteers have money because of the size of rings the volunteers wore.
